    Yogyakarta Airport - Yogyakarta

    Arrival at Jogjakarta airport, the artistic and cultural capital of Indonesia and an independent sultanate. Your driver will be waiting for you at the terminal exit with a sign bearing your name. Transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

  • day 2

    Jogyakarta - Sultan's Palace - Prambanan Temple - Jogyakarta

    You will start the day with a visit to the Keraton: the palace of the sultans of Jogya. The Keraton is home to around 2500 inhabitants and has its own market, shops, batik and jewelry workshops, schools, and mosques. At the beginning of the afternoon: guided tour of the Prambanan temple, a remnant of the Hindu period in Java. It is the largest Hindu complex in Java, and the refined sculptures make it one of the most fascinating examples of Hindu art. The outer enclosure contains the remains of 244 temples from the original group.

    Jogyakarta - Candirejo Bike - Borobudur Temple - Jogyakarta

    On the program for this morning: a bicycle discovery of the daily life of the inhabitants of the countryside near Borobudur: community stables, stages of rice transplanting, etc. You will also discover the traditional making of "tempe," a soybean fritter that accompanies all Indonesian dishes. Afternoon: discovery of the famous Borobudur site, a major site in Southeast Asia. This monumental Buddhist temple has survived various eruptions of the Merapi volcano, remaining as beautiful and enigmatic as it was 1200 years ago. Return to Jogjakarta at the end of the day.

    Jogyakarta - Jogyakarta Station - Surabaya Station - Bromo

    You will take the train in the early morning to reach Surabaya station. You will travel through East Java, passing through the cities of Solo and Jombang until you reach Surabaya (in the east of Java). Landscapes of plains and rice fields; isn't Java the country's rice granary? In the background, the mountains of the Malang region. Upon arrival at Surabaya station, your driver will be waiting for you at the station exit with a sign bearing your name. You will then travel by road to the Tengger park and the famous Bromo volcano. Arrival at the end of the day at about 2,000 m altitude, on the edge of the caldera. Mountain atmosphere, the cool climate is pleasant. Free time at the end of the day.

    Bromo - Mount Bromo - Bromo - Kalibaru

    Departure from your hotel for sunrise on Mount Penanjakan. You can choose to go up: on foot with a local guide, on horseback, or by 4x4. At the first light of dawn, enjoy a viewpoint over the caldera. You can reach Anak Bromo by crossing this truly lunar landscape, climb the 253 steps, and discover the sulphurous and smoking depths of the volcano. Return to your hotel. You will then meet your driver. Descent through the plantations: cabbage, potato, carrot crops... on the mountainsides, then coffee and clove trees as you arrive in Kalibaru. Lunch at your leisure in a warung. Dinner possible at the hotel.

    Kalibaru - Kalibaru Plantation - Ketapang - Pemuteran

    An experienced guide will explain to you the plants cultivated here, such as coffee, coconut, snake fruit, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, rubber tree, and cocoa. You will also visit the dairy farm with its 80 cows, which are milked by hand every morning (07:00) and every evening (19:00), or watch the transformation of sugar extracted from coconut flower sap. You will leave Kalibaru early in the morning to reach the port of Gilimanuk. You will then take the ferry to Bali. Several ferries cross this strait every day. You will pass along the Bali Barat National Park (West Bali), will likely see monkeys by the roadside, and can enjoy a sea bath near Pemuteran. Arrival at your hotel in the late evening.

    Pemuteran - Menjangan Island - Pemuteran

    Today: underwater fireworks! Your English-speaking guide will be waiting for you at your hotel reception in the early morning. Stop at the guide's office to choose your snorkeling equipment (fins, mask, and snorkel provided). You will then head to the port, just a few minutes from Pemuteran. 1 hour by boat to reach the neighboring island of Menjangan. You might even be lucky enough to see dolphins! The marine park of Menjangan Island is the most magical place in Bali to admire the underwater and coral scenery. Thousands of multicolored fish will be there to greet you! Return to your hotel is scheduled for mid-afternoon.

    Pemuteran - Lovina Dolphin Tour - Banjar - Munduk Waterfall - Ubud

    Early in the morning, departure for the north coast of Bali to the volcanic beach of Lovina and its peaceful atmosphere. On board a perahu (traditional outrigger canoe), you can observe dolphins in Lovina Bay. Unforgettable for young and old alike! You will then take the road along the north coast of the island, heading towards Banjar. In a tropical garden, ancient pools are fed by hot springs: relaxation, swimming, many Balinese families... You will return to the heights of the island up to Munduk. The mountain road winds above the beautiful Buyan and Tamblingan lakes. Then descend towards the majestic Lake Bratan and the Ulun Danu temple. Magical atmosphere between land and water... You will visit this unique place and the surrounding gardens, then the Bedugul market, a little paradise for plant lovers. You will arrive in Ubud at the end of the afternoon.

    Ubud - Free day without car - Ubud

    Free day without a driver: take the opportunity to treat yourself: yoga class, then a massage in one of the many spas. To finish, enjoy some raw food, fresh fruit juices, or a vegan snack in one of the many super cool cafés... There’s plenty to do! Coconut? Kopi Luwak? A dance show…? The rice fields are never far in Ubud: rent bikes and go for a ride! Monkey Forest is a very pleasant pocket of jungle where, for about an hour, you can observe the playful monkeys up close. But not too close, they are mischievous... and still wild!

    Ubud - Ubud Cooking Class - Ubud

    Free your taste buds! You will start this day with a visit to the market to buy your ingredients. All your senses are awakened: fruits, vegetables, spices, colors blend with scents, enjoy the atmosphere. Good mood and bargaining guaranteed… You will then return to the kitchen and start preparing a complete Balinese meal. Chop, dress, brown: under the guidance of the lady of the house, you are the chef today. The smallest secrets will be revealed to you. And you will finish the half-day... with your feet under the table. Enjoy your meal! Free afternoon.

    Ubud - Mengwi - Jatiluwih - Batukaru - Tanah Lot - Ubud

    You will start the day with a visit to the Taman Ayun temple, one of the most picturesque temples in Bali (the main temple of the Mengwi kingdom). Next, a walk through the terraced rice fields of Jatiluwih, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, and they truly deserve it! You will then head to the Luhur Batukaru temple, a magnificent setting for intimate ceremonies. At the end of the day, you will go to the Tanah Lot temple, one of Bali's major temples, located on the oceanfront, for an unmissable sunset. Perched on its black rock, it is dedicated to the sea deities and was built by a Javanese priest in the 16th century. Return to Ubud at the end of the day. Free time for the rest of the day.

    Ubud - Mount Batur - Amed Beach - Amed

    You will leave your hotel early in the morning to reach the starting point of the hike. Accompanied by your English-speaking guide, you will begin the ascent of Mount Batur. The ascent does not present any major difficulty. You will set off with a guide from Toyabungkah to the main crater, which you will reach in 2h, then you can continue to other craters offering different perspectives on the lake and the surrounding landscapes. After the trekking, you will then descend through a hilly landscape to reach Amed via the inland road of Rendang. From this green slope of Mount Agung, you will cross the mountain and return to the seaside as well as a more arid slope to reach the fishing village of Amed. You can take a dip along the way before discovering the small traditional port, with its outrigger boats and their multicolored sails.

    Amed - Free day with car - Amed

    Free day: your driver is at your disposal to take you to the various nearby beaches. Not far, but not within walking distance, two warship wrecks are accessible from the shore, by snorkeling... or diving. This might be the time to try it out or do it again. Many dive centers offer trips, introductory dives, etc. Your driver will be able to point you to the one that suits you. (Dives not included.) You can also ask him to take you into the hinterland: there are beautiful walks to do in the hills. How about another temple? No? Then the beach! It's as YOU wish...

    Amed - Tirta Gangga - Pasir Putih - Goa Lawah - Sanur

    At the beginning of the day, you will head southeast. Visit the royal baths of Tirtagangga, a magical place, garden of the last king of Karangasem, where you can stroll and bathe in the sacred water pools. From this lush slope of Mount Agung, you will return to the seaside and a more arid slope to reach the still preserved beach of Pasir Putih. You can have lunch there (excellent fresh fish). After crossing landscapes of coconut groves and following the seashore, you will stop at the small temple of Pura Goa Lawah, on the edge of the coastal road. The cave, nestled in the cliff, is overrun with bats. You will then head to Sanur, a family seaside resort. End of the day at leisure.

    Sanur - Sanur Port - Lembongan Port - Nusa Lembongan

    A driver from the Speed Boat company will pick you up directly at your hotel. About 30 minutes by speed boat: Sanur / Nusa Lembongan. Check-in at your hotel. The island of Nusa Lembongan, which is 4 km long and 2 km wide, is serene and pleasant to live on. It thrives on seaweed farming for the cosmetic and food industries. You will enjoy dream beaches.

    Nusa Lembongan - Lembongan Port - Sanur Port - Sanur

    Free morning on Nusa Lembongan. You enjoy one last swim. Return to Sanur at the end of the afternoon. Transfer to your hotel. Free time for the rest of the day. The beaches of Sanur are also very nice. A pleasant walk is possible along its seafront, which stretches for 5 kilometers. You can rent bikes and go in search of the ideal restaurant to have dinner with your feet in the water. Too hard.

    Sanur - Free day without car - Sanur

    Free day in Sanur: we suggest you discover, at your own pace, this pleasant seaside resort, quiet and rather family-friendly, with its beaches protected by a coral reef. Rent bikes and ride along the seafront, change beaches! They stretch for 5 km, lined with coconut trees. Shaded, they are perfect for naps and moderate sunbathing! In the morning, around 6 o'clock, the sunrise over Agung is spectacular! You can taste Balinese cuisine in the many warungs (small restaurants), with your feet in the water. Many activities are possible for families: canoe rental, kites, etc.

    Sanur - Denpasar Airport

    Last moments in Bali and Indonesia, everything went by so fast. Enjoy until the very end! One last massage? One last coconut? We tried, but they are not allowed in your luggage! Transfer to Denpasar International Airport to catch your return international flight. Terima Kasih!
