Arrival in Kathmandu - Transfer to Hotel
After passing through immigration at Tribhuwan International Airport and collecting your baggage, you can find our airport representative waiting for you outside the airport. You will be taken to the vehicle that has been sent for you, which will take you to your hotel in Kathmandu. Depending on your arrival time, you might have time to explore the surrounding area or visit some of the heritage sites nearby.

Free Day in Kathmandu
Today is your free day in Kathmandu. It is also the day for us to process your special area permit for Nar Phu. You may visit Kathmandu Durbar Square or many other heritage sites in the Kathmandu Valley. We would be happy to assist you in any way if you need help organizing this day.
day 3
Drive to Besisahar, then to Dharapani - 1860m
After our early morning breakfast, we drive west with the trek team. Passing by Mugling, we then head to Dumre, from where we turn north. Upon reaching Besisahar, we change our vehicle and get on jeeps, which are required to tackle the rough road ahead on our way to Dharapani.

Trek to Koto – 2600m
Today is an easy first day, passing through the forest with the river beside you. We benefit from great views of Annapurna and Manaslu.
day 5
Trek to Meta - 3625m
Today, your route separates from those taking the Annapurna Circuit Trek. By following the Nar Phu River, you enter the Nar Phu Valley.
day 6
Trek to Phu - 4100m
Today is a long but easy trek day. You enter a drier region. This place has a history of sheltering the Tibetan rebels who fought the Chinese government in the 60s. After a gradual ascent and crossing many bridges, you arrive at Phu.
day 7
Himlung Himal basecamp excursion - 4540m
Today, you can either rest at Phu village for acclimatization or walk around the village and meet the locals. The other option is to visit Himlung Himal Base Camp. To reach it, you need to pass through the icy valley and may encounter blue sheep as well.
day 8
Trek to Chyako - 3720m
You will retrace your walk towards the village of Nar. There will be a short pause at Tashi Lhakhang Gompa, which is one of the most ancient monasteries in the region. Then you will descend to Chyako.
day 9
Trek to Naar Village – 4110m
Today, you follow the river and then cross it to walk upwards towards Nar Village. After lunch, we spend the day discovering the village.
day 10
Trek to Nagwal – 3660m via Kangla Pass - 5390m
In the morning, we have some time to explore Nar Village again. After lunch, you trek via Pisang Valley to reach Kangla Phedi. Then, after a 3-hour climb, we reach Kangla Pass (5307m), which provides a splendid view of the surrounding summits. We then descend to reach the village of Ngawal and rejoin the Annapurna Circuit route.
day 11
Trek to Pisang – 3300m
Today is the last day of our trek. As you descend 2000m from the pass, the weather feels warmer and we begin to see more greenery. The path is better now and passes by the beautiful lake outside Pisang.
day 12
Drive to Besisahar – Then to Kathmandu
Today, after breakfast, you will get on the jeeps and drive towards Besisahar. We shall have lunch and then continue our drive back to Kathmandu. We should reach our hotel by late evening.
day 13
Free Day in Kathmandu
Today is a free day, so you can go souvenir shopping or visit the spa. You can also ask us to organize visits to many heritage sites around Kathmandu according to your interests.

Final Departure
Be transferred to the airport 3 hours before your flight time.
