• day 1

  Bishkek, arrival and first descents

  You are taken care of as soon as you arrive at the airport, where you are welcomed by a member of the team. Transfer to our guesthouse in Bishkek. Breakfast and administrative formalities. Departure in the morning for a small, bucolic freeride ski resort in the surroundings of Bishkek. You head out with your guide to check the conditions of the Kyrgyz snow, behind the ungroomed slopes of the resort. Dinner and overnight at the resort.

• day 2

  On the way to Issyk Koul

  This morning we leave the Bichkek region to reach the southern shore of Lake Issyk Koul, the 2nd largest mountain lake in the world. On the way, we meet a master falconer who will show us how he trains his golden eagles for hunting, an ancestral tradition of the nomadic peoples. Arrival at the end of the day at our winter yurt camp at the foot of the slopes, where we get to know the local team over dinner.

• day 3

  Ski touring in the Terskeï Ala-Too

  Put on your skis at the exit of the yurt and enjoy 2 days of ski touring with your guide on the north slopes of the Terskeï Ala Too mountains. Safety check, verification of the presence of individual safety equipment (avalanche beacon, shovel, probe) and snowpack tests. Several routes are possible depending on the difficulty. Picnic in the mountains. Return to the yurt camp in the afternoon and activities with the family or optional horseback riding. Possibility to enjoy hot springs! Dinner and night under the yurt.

• day 4

  Ski touring in the Terskeï Ala-Too

  Put on your skis at the exit of the yurt and enjoy 2 days of ski touring with your guide on the north slopes of the Terskeï Ala Too mountains. Safety check, presence of individual safety equipment (avalanche beacon, shovel, probe) and snowpack tests. Several routes are possible depending on the difficulty. Picnic in the mountains. Return to the yurt camp in the afternoon and activities with the family or optional horseback riding. Possibility to enjoy hot springs! Dinner and night under the yurt.

• day 5

  Ski touring, Karakol and arrival in Jyrgalan.

  Last morning outing before hitting the road to the city of Karakol. Breakfast in town and discovery of this charming city with Russian colonial style. Visit of the Orthodox cathedral and the Dungan mosque, two buildings with diametrically opposed styles. In the afternoon, drive to the village of Jyrgalan, the most popular freeride ski base in Kyrgyzstan. Dinner and overnight in a guesthouse in Jyrgalan.

• day 6

  Ski touring in Jyrgalan

  Enjoy 2 days of ski touring on the slopes overlooking the small village of Jyrgalan. Safety check, presence of individual safety equipment (avalanche beacon, shovel, probe) and snowpack tests. Several routes are possible depending on the difficulty. Picnic in the mountains. Return to the village in the afternoon and various activities in the village, as well as with the family. Dinner and overnight at the guesthouse.

  Ski touring in Jyrgalan

  Enjoy 2 days of ski touring on the slopes overlooking the small village of Jyrgalan. Safety check, presence of individual safety equipment (avalanche beacon, shovel, probe) and snowpack tests. Several routes are possible depending on the difficulty. Picnic in the mountains. Return to the village in the afternoon and various activities in the village and with the family. Dinner and overnight at the guesthouse.

• day 8

  Relaxation by the Issyk Koul

  Last morning outing before hitting the road again to the north shore of Lake Issyk Koul. Relaxing moment in the open-air hot springs, pure bliss after this week of skiing. Check-in at a guesthouse on the shore of Lake Issyk Koul. Dinner in town and overnight at the guesthouse.

• day 9

  Return to Bishkek

  Departure after breakfast. We get back on the road to the Kyrgyz capital. Stop in the Boom Gorge, from where we set off for a 3-hour hike in the Konorchek canyon. Arrival in Bishkek, quick visit to the bazaar in the afternoon and check-in at our guesthouse. Farewell dinner and overnight at our guesthouse.

• day 10

  End of stay

  Transfer to the airport according to your flight schedule. Return home, with memories full in your mind, at least, we hope so!
