Day 1 : Arrival in Zanzibar

On the day of your arrival, you will be welcomed by our team at the airport and transfered to your hotel. 




Day 2 : Stone Town, between history, gastronomy and romanticism

In the morning, this 2 and a half hour tour is a unique way of getting exotic experiences with Stone Town and the Zanzibar food culture. Your guide will give a lot of information about what are the food ingredients and drinks used in the islands and you will get to try nice food. You will also have the chance to visit the nice African traditional market where you can find anything you want in very good prices.

 

After relaxing and walking around on your own, we'll meet you for a beautiful sunset from an authentic Dhow boat like you have never seen before. Feel the warm breeze going through your hair and watch the day turning into night. Snacks and sodas are provided, alcohol on request for an extra fee.




Day 3 : Full day cruise

It is a full day trip on the beach when you want to avoid the crowd its all about enjoying, and chilllaxing and a getaway from everyday chaotic life. Explore the Indian Ocean from Fumba fishing village to the Menai Bay conservation area. The day of snorkelling at a Sandbank, swimming, this is a very cool trip guarantee. 

 

Accompanied by Tanzania cold white wine when it is searing, soft drinks and exotic fruits mmmm. Letter on will take you to Kwale island nearby where you will get to your seafood barbeque table under the shade of lunch and swimming and relaxing. Will take a short walk on the other side of the island to enjoy the lagoon and the 500 years old baobab tree before we set up our traditional dhow to return to the main island.




Day 4 : Spice tour

Discover the history of Zanzibar’s spice production and get a taste of the island’s exotic fruits on this half-day tour to Kidichi Spice Farm. Day 5 : Nungwi village tour

The village experience -tour is always done with local guides from the village, and all the activities are planned to benefit the village and nature conservation. Discover how locals live their everyday lives and how they make their livelihoods. Mnarani Aquarium is a small tidal lake surrounded by the porous coral rag stone that is home to dozens of endangered hawksbill and green turtles. You will get to feed the turtles with seaweed and to take photographs. You will also have a chance to visit dhow (local boat) makers by the beach and see how a boat will be prepared or made from the scratch. The tour finishes with a great Swahili local style lunch! You will then be free for the rest of the afternoon.




Day 6 : Monkeys of Jozani

Jozani forest is best known for its kirksred colobus monkeys (kima punju in swahili), which are endemic to Zanzibar. About 10 years ago, the monkeys were considered to be in danger of extinction, but this trend has since reversed due to the conservation project. There are about 6000 red colobus monkey residing in Jozani Forest. • See the Red Colobus monkeys • Walk on a boardwalk in mangrove forest • Eucalyptus & mahogany trees • Other species to see: bush pigs, Ader’s duiker and suni antilopes, elephant shrews, chameleons • Lively birdlife • Passing by the butterfly sanctuary (opportunity to visit for a fee) Local communities are involved in the project and some of your entrance fee contributes to development projects and to compensate local farmers whose crops are often damaged by the red colobus monkeys.




Day 7 : Jambiani village tour

Experience rural life in Zanzibar on this village walking tour. In the company of a guide, meet a women’s pottery group and hear about their craft. Visit a local seaweed farm and learn how to make rope from coconut fiber. Take a break to taste traditional Zanzibari cuisine for lunch. 




Day 8 : Departure from Zanzibar

You will continue enjoying Jambiani until check-out, or before, according to your flight schedule. Your driver will transfer you to Zanzibar airport, where you'll board with a lot memories in mind.
