• day 1

  Airport - Ubud: welcome and transfer – 1h30

  Upon your arrival at Bali airport, you will be greeted by your Bali Circuits travel advisor, your French-speaking guide, and your driver. Your travel advisor will give you the various documents useful for your trip and will answer all your questions regarding your stay in Bali. You will then head to Ubud. Located north of Denpasar, Ubud is the artistic city of Bali. It is an ideal place to soak up the still-intact local culture and settle in. Free day and overnight at the hotel.

• day 2

  Ubud: Ubud Palace, Gunung Kawi, Tirta Empul, Penelokan, Bangli

  This morning, your driver will take you to the village of Tampaksiring to visit the Gunung Kawi temple, the rock-cut mausoleum of King Udayana and his family. Then, Sebatu Gunung Kawi, nestled against a magnificent hill covered with lush vegetation: tree ferns and tall trees create a unique setting for this temple with its many pools. Next, head to Tirta Empul and its sacred pools, where hundreds of Balinese people come every day to purify themselves. Then, head towards the caldera of Mount Batur. On the way, you will have a panoramic view of the volcano and the lake. After your lunch near the volcano, head to the Pura Kehen temple in Bangli. This temple is one of the most revered in Bali. Its lush garden and its temple with eleven merus make it a place full of spirituality and traditions. At the end of the afternoon, return to Ubud to stroll freely in the village. Overnight at the hotel.

• day 3

  Ubud: Mengwi, Jatiluwih rice fields, Ulun Danau temple, botanical park

  This morning, you will head towards the East of Bali. Visit the Taman Ayun temple (Mengwi). Its peaceful gardens and architecture, with its alignment of merus, make it a place where calm and serenity reign. You will then take the road to Jatiluwih, a "must-see" stop in Bali. You will meet a local guide there for a walk of about one hour among the terraced rice fields, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Continue towards the mountains in the center of Bali. The afternoon will be devoted to visiting the Pura Ulun Danau temple in Bedugul. This temple, seeming to float on the waters of the lake, is one of the most famous in Bali. Before arriving at your hotel, a short stop at the local market in Bedugul. Return to the hotel. Dinner at your leisure and overnight at the hotel.

• day 4

  Ubud: Balinese day with a visit to the Tanah Lot temple

  This day will be dedicated to discovering Balinese life: cooking, making offerings, dance, music. Accompanied by a Balinese family, go to the market to buy the ingredients needed to prepare the meal. The rest of the day will be spent "at home". Share the daily life of this family and become Balinese for a day, rich in sharing. Then, head to the famous Tanah Lot temple to admire the sunset. Return to the hotel.

• day 5

  Ubud - Gili Air: transfer by speed boat – 1 h by car - 1 h 30 by boat

  Today, departure to Padang Bai, from where you will take the fast boat towards the Gili Islands. On board the boat, enjoy the view between Bali and Gili Air. Arrival at the Gili, transfer to your hotel and check-in. Dinner and evening at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

• day 6

  Gili Air: free day

  Take advantage of this day to tour the island on foot or by bike. This walk will allow you to discover the island's most peaceful beaches, as well as the small restaurants and bars by the water. Take (or rent) your mask and snorkel, and set off to explore the underwater world from the beach. In the Gili Islands, there are many fish, but not only that. During your snorkeling trip, you will surely come across several turtles: the oldest inhabitants of the island. And if you prefer to relax together in peace, have a cocktail or a fresh coconut and unwind with your feet in the sand. The Gili Islands are also made for that!

• day 7

  Gili Air - Sidemen: transfer by speedboat then by car – 1h30 - 1h

  After your breakfast, time at leisure until it is time to board your speedboat to Bali. Transfer provided by the boat company to your hotel. Check-in, free time and overnight at the hotel. Dinner and evening at leisure.

• day 8

  Sidemen: walk between forests and rice fields, then free time.

  This morning, you will meet an English-speaking guide who will take you on a nature walk lasting approximately 3 hours. You will walk through the rice fields and surrounding villages. You will enjoy the calm and tranquility of this walk. After this walk, return to the hotel where you will have free time to rest or stroll around the area. Dinner and evening at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

• day 9

  Sidemen - Sanur: Pasir Putih, Besakih and transfer to Sanur – 2h

  This morning, head to Pasir Putih, a magnificent hidden beach still unknown to tourists. Relaxation by the water, then continue to the oldest and most revered temple of the Balinese: the Besakih temple. Between its 11-tiered meru roofs, the almost constant religious ceremonies, and its viewpoint "between sea and mountains," this temple is surely one of the most spiritual. At the end of the afternoon, you will arrive in Sanur. Dinner at your leisure and overnight at the hotel.

• day 10

  Sanur: free day

  Free day in Sanur, which is one of the oldest seaside resorts in Bali, but has managed to keep its charm and refinement. The beaches of Sanur stretch for several kilometers: ideal for a walk by the water. The main street of Sanur, meanwhile, is a goldmine of small shops and good restaurants. Overnight at the hotel.

• day 11

  Sanur - Airport: free time and transfer

  Enjoy your last day on the island to rest, stroll along the small promenade bordering the beach, or buy your last souvenirs. Depending on your flight schedule, your driver will pick you up at your hotel to take you to the airport.
