• day 1

  Arrival in Canada

  You have now arrived on Canadian soil in the afternoon. A part of the BONHEURA team will welcome you and take you to the estate, a haven of peace and serenity. You will then meet the hosts of BONHEURA: Laurent, Béatrice, Laurice, Marie, Lucille, Adeline. You will be taken to your room. Each of them has a magical name that will immerse you, from the very beginning of your stay, in a unique atmosphere. A local aperitif will be served to you, conversations will flow, you will get to know your hosts better and the program of festivities will be revealed to you. Here, hospitality is our nature. Sweet starry night at Domaine BONHEURA.

  "BACK TO THE ROOTS" DAY

  A beautiful day of sharing traditions is offered to you, after this first Quebecois breakfast. This day will unfold according to the inspiration of the moment and our inspiring discoveries. Your day is likely to leave an indelible mark on your connection with Mother Earth. Happiness will take on the color of conifers, the scent of freshness. The afternoon will always be connected to the plant kingdom, man's ally for his health. Your guide has a very special workshop in store for you, towards an inner journey: the source of your being. After dinner, the magic of the night will carry you away.

• day 3

  Canoe river descent in a national park

  Today, you will set out to discover Mont-Tremblant National Park, the oldest national park in Quebec, in the spirit of a coureur des bois. In fact, it is by canoe that you will explore these vast wilderness areas. The park, with its 1,510 km² of area, could surprise you for many days, if you wished. But on this day, we will limit ourselves to one sector of the site. You will go down a portion of the park's main river, the Diable River. No spell will be cast on you, rest assured, except perhaps the spell of following the current and letting yourself be carried along. The waters of this section of the river are very calm. This adventure is therefore within everyone's reach. At midday, you will have a picnic with a backdrop of mountains. Take advantage of it and feel the silence, the magnificence of these preserved natural places. In the afternoon, you can go see the Chute-du-Diable and the Chutes-Croches. The time to return is already here. Dinner awaits you at the Domaine. Have a good night at Domaine BONHEURA.

  NORDIC BATHS DAY - MASSAGE & WATER PARK for children

  You will experience a unique day… We will introduce you to the joys of relaxation. Today, we guide you to a Nordic spa renowned for its unique atmosphere. Hot bath, sauna, steam room, and cold baths await you. Here, you will have the opportunity to experience the benefits of hydrotherapy. Hydrotherapy is an ancient therapeutic method, which consists of preventing, treating, or even healing through the use of water. The hot-cold-relaxation cycle helps energize the body to offer you complete care for body and mind. If you wish, you can book a massage during the day ($). For children under 15 years old, we can take your children to the incredible Parc Aquatique des Sommets de Saint-Sauveur. More than 13 slides await your children so they can have a memorable day, and you, a day of total well-being. Then, we will end the day with a visit to the surrounding villages. Return to Domaine BONHEURA, body relaxed and mind at peace. Dinner and overnight at Domaine BONHEURA.

  Bike day

  Today, it is by bike, on the trail of the famous Curé Labelle railway, that you will set out to discover bucolic and extraordinary landscapes. This former railway is now the longest linear park in Canada. No less than 230 km wind along the magnificent Rivière du Nord, with its natural scenery of forests, lakes, and steep cliffs, all punctuated by numerous picturesque villages and their period train stations. But rest assured, we will only ride the bike for a portion of the cycle path. We will follow rivers and lakes. Our picnic will take place surrounded by great nature, on the edge of waterfalls. We will satisfy not only our stomachs, but also our senses with the sound of the waterfall and its refreshing and soothing energy. We will then go to discover the charming village of Val-David, which you may well fall in love with. Then you will head back to the estate to relax, after all these efforts, in the pool and jacuzzi. After a good dinner, you can fall asleep to the sound of the silence of the place.

  MONT-TREMBLANT VILLAGE & MOUNTAIN LUGE

  After a good breakfast, your destination for the day will be Mont Tremblant. We will go to the mountain village, ranked among the most important resorts in Eastern America. The cable car will take us to the top of the mountain. From up there, an extraordinary view of the Laurentians awaits us. An easy-level hike will allow for yet another different perspective on the vast surrounding spaces. We will eat at the panoramic restaurant, with a breathtaking view. Nature has its own lessons. In the afternoon, back at the resort, you will discover the joys of mountain luge descent. Indeed, you will go up to the top of a mountain to hop on a wheeled luge and race down the track that winds along the mountainside, offering you an incredible view of the region and lots of fun! Night at Domaine BONHEURA.

  DISCOVERY OF WILDLIFE AT PARC OMÉGA

  Today, the day's program will take you on an incursion into the animal world of Canada, in another tourist region, that of Outaouais. A day of adventure in the heart of wildlife awaits you with the discovery of some mythical animals such as the wolf and the bison! The park's mission is to present animals to visitors in their natural biotopes. The location of each species was decided according to the natural attractions of the site. The areas are enclosed only when necessary. Walking areas with interpretive panels have been set up in the deer plain. A picnic can be enjoyed on this site in the company of white-tailed deer, who will leave their meadow for a while to join you. The First Nations trail will allow you to get an overview of the great Amerindian tribes with their totem animals. A day of adventure in the heart of wildlife awaits you with the discovery of some mythical animals such as the wolf and the bison! In the summer season, birds of prey shows are scheduled. An incredible day that will allow you to discover the largest animals in Canada… 4-course dinner served at the estate after this day of discovery. Night at Domaine BONHEURA.

  MONTREAL – AIRPORT

  Hearty breakfast served in the dining room at the Domaine. Unfortunately, the time has come to say goodbye to your new friends, the hosts of the Domaine. But it’s only a farewell… Your destination today will be a visit to our metropolis: Montreal. After 1 hour of driving, since on Saturday you won’t have too much congestion (traffic, as we say in Quebec), you will arrive in the heart of Montreal. This very interesting city tour allows you to get to know our metropolis. If you are more eager for shopping, Sainte-Catherine Street will be your ideal destination. You can also access the underground city and see that this city is far from a myth! For lunch, you will be spoiled for choice with the city’s approximately 2000 restaurants. Your guide, present with you, will be able to suggest good places… This free visit will allow you to discover a unique city in North America due to its contrasts. Discovering Mount Royal, the Old Port, and the Underground City will be on the agenda. You will see that Montreal is actually 2 cities in one: one above and one below! It will then be time, at the end of the afternoon, to head to the airport where it will be important to present yourself at your airline’s check-in counter 3 hours before departure!

  ARRIVAL IN FRANCE

  After a beautiful night of flying, back on French territory, my mind still a little elsewhere and my heart filled with memories.
