• day 1

  Guilin - Arrival

  Arrival at Guilin airport. Welcome by your guide, then transfer to the city. Climb Fubo Hill to enjoy a panoramic view. Return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

• day 2

  Guilin - Yangdi - Trek along the Li River - Xingping

  Road to Yangdi, then walk for about 4 to 5 hours along the Li River, amidst magical landscapes, until the village of Xingping. This hike covers about 24 km on foot and 3 crossings by small raft on 2 sides of the Li River. The ancient villages, bamboo forest, and karst rocks create living paintings. At the end of the trek, take out a 20 RMB bill: you will have in front of you the same landscape as the one drawn on the back. Check-in and overnight stay in a cute and quiet small hotel, surrounded by the scenery.

• day 3

  Walk in Xingping - Hebaoshan Village - Hebaoshan Hill - West Street

  Walk for about 2 hours, still in the karst landscapes, towards Hebaoshan, a village on the banks of the Lijiang River. Arrival and ascent to the top of Xianggongshan Hill – a dream location for photographers – to take in the magical river. (If you want to photograph the sunrise, it is better to wake up around 5 a.m.) Then, drive to Yangshuo. Stroll along the West Pedestrian Street of Yangshuo. Overnight at the hotel.

• day 4

  Bike ride in the surrounding villages

  Bicycle ride around Yangshuo following the route: Yangshuo - Gaotian landscapes - Aishan village - Yangshuo. Free afternoon. Night in Yangshuo.

• day 5

  Road to Longsheng - Ping'an and Longji - Terraced rice fields

  Departure for Ping'An (170 km and 4 h) via a splendid mountain road. Upon your arrival at the foot of the mountain, you will climb a small path to reach the superb wooden village of Ping'an, perched on the mountain at an altitude of 1,900 m. Longji in Ping'an, "The Dragon's Backbone," is renowned for the spectacle of terraced rice fields, shaped by humans from generation to generation, following the whimsical curves of nature, of stunning beauty. Visit the village of Ping'an to meet the Dong minority ethnic groups, etc. Your luggage will be transported from the garage to the hotel by the porter. Overnight at the hotel.

• day 6

  Longsheng-Guilin

  Transfer to the airport. Leave the village of Ping'an. Your luggage will be transported from the hotel to the garage by the porter. Transfer to Guilin airport for the next destination.
