  • day 1

    Welcome and relaxation in the green mountains of Kyrgyz Aili

    Welcome by our team upon your arrival, and transfer to the Kyrgyz Aili camp.

  • day 2

    On horseback in Chon Kemin National Park

    In the morning, we visit the Burana minaret, a relic from the 9th century and a legacy of the Qarakhanid dynasty. We then continue with the discovery of the Chon Kemin park, where a short horseback ride awaits us. Overnight stay in a yurt.

  • day 3

    Discovery of Lake Issyk Kul, the blue pearl

    On the way to the blue pearl of Central Asia. On the way, we take the opportunity to discover the Konorchek canyon, which will fascinate more than one with its ochre-hued rock formations. In the middle of the day, we arrive on the shores of Lake Issyk Kul, a moment of relaxation.

  • day 4

    The Grigorievka Gorges

    Before getting back on the road, we take the time to visit the Ruh Ordo cultural center, which borders the lake, as well as the petroglyph site. We continue with the discovery of the enchanting "Gregory Gorge". At our destination, we set off for a hike of a few hours, aiming to reach a small mountain lake. Overnight stay with a local family.

    Karakol and its sights

    In the morning, we go back down to the lake and stop at Orto-Orukto, where we relax in the hot springs. Visit of the small town of Karakol. The Prjevalski museum, the Dungan mosque, and the Russian Orthodox church are on the program. Overnight stay in a guest house.

  • day 6

    The Jety Oguz valley

    This morning, we discover the verdant valley of Jety Oguz with its monumental red rock ridges, known as the "7 bulls". On the road leading us to the village of Bokonbaevo, today's stop, we stop at the Skazka canyon. A sublime setting facing this inland sea, with the snow-capped mountains of the Tien Shan range rising in the background. Overnight stay in a guest house.

  • day 7

    Meeting with an eagle handler

    This morning, we have the chance to attend an eagle hunting demonstration. Accompanied by Talgar, we discover this ancestral art. This cultural day continues with a stop at the village of Kyzyl Tuu, where we can observe the assembly of traditional yurts. In the afternoon, we take the opportunity to relax in the waters of the small salt lake, located on the shores of Lake Issyk Kul. Overnight stay with a local family.

  • day 8

    Cultural day at the village of Kochkor

    We stop at Kochkor, a small artisanal village, where we discover the making of traditional "Sherdak" carpets, before heading off to visit the Chong Tuz salt mine. Once exploited during the Soviet era, these mines have continued to operate to this day. In the evening, we attend a traditional show combining songs and stories from the life of the hero Manas.

    On the trail of the Silk Road

    Travel back in time with a visit to the Tash Rabat caravanserai, dating from the 15th century. Once a refuge for merchants, this building is surely the best preserved that can be found nowadays. Possibility to walk around the surroundings. Overnight stay in a yurt camp.

  • day 10

    Lake Son Kul

    We arrive at Lake Son Kul, an alpine lake located at 3,000 m altitude. On the way, we can observe the yurts of shepherds who have come to settle for the summer, with their flocks of sheep, goats, etc.

  • day 11

    Discovery of pastoral life

    Relaxing day by the lake, where we take the opportunity to discover the daily life of the shepherds. Possibility to watch the gathering of the herd, the milking, and also the making of dairy products. In the afternoon, possibility to go for a horseback ride.

  • day 12

    Hiking from Lake Son Kul

    A beautiful day of hiking awaits us today. We are heading to the small village of Kyzart. Exceptional landscapes await us, especially when we cross the Tuz-Achou pass (3227 meters above sea level).

  • day 13

    The verdant valley of Soussamir

    We get back on the road towards Bishkek, via the magnificent Soussamir valley. We pass through the small village of Kyzyl Oi, nestled in the heart of a sublime gorge.

  • day 14

    Back to the capital

    We leave the green Kyrgyz mountains to return to the capital. We visit Ala-Too Square, as well as the Osh bazaar. Free evening.

    Departure

    According to the schedule of your return flight, transfer to the airport. See you soon!
