Visit of the capital Bishkek with the main Ala-Too square, Oak Park, and Victory Square. Lunch in a city restaurant. In the afternoon, visit of the Bishkek history museum and the city's central bazaar, Osh Bazaar. Dinner in a traditional city restaurant. Accommodation at the hotel. Altitude: 800m

Bishkek – Kochkor (220 km ~ 4 h drive)Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, departure to the village of Kochkor. Walk in the village where you can observe the local life of the inhabitants. Visit to a group of women who make traditional nomadic felt carpets called "Shiyrdak" and "Ala Kiiz". You will take part in making your own small carpet. Lunch and dinner in a local restaurant. Kochkor – Lake Son Kol (150 km ~ 3-4 h of driving)Breakfast. In the morning, departure for Lake Song Kul. The road passes through the Kalmak Ashu pass (3440 m) to Lake Song Kul over 150 km. It is a popular place among the local people, who come here every summer with their families and livestock. You can go for a day hike in the mountains, meet local shepherds and observe their way of life: taste bread and kumyz (the Kyrgyz national drink made from mare's milk). The hike to the viewpoint takes about 2 to 3 hours. There are different hiking possibilities at Song-Kul: observing and/or participating in the daily life of the shepherds, watching the process of milking mares, making national dairy products like kymyz (fermented mare's milk) or airan (a sour and thick dairy product). Lunch and dinner in the yurt camp. Night under the yurts. Altitude: 1850 m / 3440 m / 3080 m
day 5
Lac Son Kol – Kyzyl Tou – Bokonbaevo – Skazka – Issyk Kul – Tamga (300 km ~ 5-6 h of driving during the day)Breakfast. In the morning, departure towards Lake Issyk Kul. The road passes along the southern shore of Lake Issyk Kul, the second largest mountain lake in the world, at an altitude of 1607 meters above sea level. On the way, stop in the village of Kyzyl Tuu. We visit the workshop where the craftsman makes the wooden parts of yurts in the traditional way: a process that requires a lot of experience, skill, and patience. You will understand this immediately when you see the yurts. Lunch with the family. In the afternoon, continuation of the journey. On the way, meeting with the eagle hunter. The eagle hunter will tell us about his passion, his birds, and will show us the hunting process. Continuation of the journey. On the way, visit to the nearby Skazka canyon. Skazka means "fairy tale" and refers to the strange rocky landscape that has been shaped by wind and rain into fabulous sculptures and formations. We will take a walk of about an hour, then we will return. Upon arrival in Tamga, accommodation in the yurt camp. Relaxation and possibility to swim in the lake. Dinner and overnight in the yurt camp. Altitude: 3080m / 1600m

Tamga – Barskan – Jety Oguz – Karakol (140 km ~ 3 h drive)Breakfast. In the morning, departure for Karakol. Karakol is a city in Kyrgyzstan located to the east of Lake Issyk-Kul. On the way, visit the Barskoon gorges, one of the most beautiful gorges in Kyrgyzstan. The gorge is located on the southern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul, 90 km from the village of Karakol. The slopes of the gorge are covered with thick vegetation and shrubs. The gorges have three waterfalls. "The Tears of the Snow Leopard" is the name of the most famous waterfall in the Barskoon gorges. This unique place is a state natural monument. The height of the waterfall is about 100 meters. The walk takes about 30 to 40 minutes to reach the first viewpoint. Continue on the road to visit the Djety-Oguz valley. Djety-Oguz means "Seven Bulls" in Kyrgyz. This picturesque gorge is named so because of the red sandstone rock formations covered with Tian Shan spruce forests. The walk takes about 30 minutes round trip to reach the best viewpoint over the "Seven Bulls". Lunch in Karakol upon arrival. Visit of the city of Karakol. The construction of Karakol began at the end of the 19th century and the city was initially a military garrison under the Russian Empire. During the visit, you can stroll through the old streets and admire the wooden houses from that era. Visit the Russian Orthodox church, the Dungan-style Muslim mosque, and Victory Park. Dinner with a Uyghur family (a small nationality that emigrated from China in the 19th century), where you will taste the traditional cuisine of the region. Accommodation at the hotel. Karakol – Tchon Kemin (320 km ~ 5-6 h drive)Breakfast. In the morning, departure towards the Chon-Kemin natural park, along the northern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul. On the way, visit to the open-air petroglyph museum in Cholpon-Ata, a very special place with countless rocks, many of which bear ancient petroglyphs. Lunch on the road. In the afternoon, visit to the museum of nomadic civilization and boat trip on Lake Issyk-Kul. Upon arrival in Chon-Kemin, dinner and overnight at the mountain guesthouse. Altitude: 1750m / 1800m
day 8
Tchon Kemin – Bishkek (180 km ~ 2-3 h by road)Breakfast. In the morning, walk to the Panorama viewpoint (about 2 to 3 hours). Optionally, it is possible to rent horses and go horseback riding. Return to the guesthouse and transfer to Bishkek. On the way, we stop near Tokmok to visit the Burana Tower and the ruins of the city of Balasagun. Upon arrival in Bishkek, check-in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel. Altitude: 1800 m / 1800 m
day 9
Bishkek – Country of residence (flight)Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, meet and greet by the driver and transfer to the airport. Return flight.
