    We will begin our visit of Bogotá with the ascent of Monserrate hill by cable car up to 3 200 meters of altitude, where you will be able to admire an exceptional panorama over the Colombian capital and explore the site’s attractions, including the basilica, the gardens, the small market and the famous wishing well, before descending back toward the colonial center of La Candelaria. The Basilica of the Señor de Monserrate, built at the summit in 1925, initially displayed a neoclassical architecture before being rebuilt in a neo-colonial style following an earthquake.     COCOA TOUR - BEAN TO BAR : CASA RIVERA DEL CACAO The visit begins at the Chocolate Curaray factory at three o'clock in the afternoon, with ground cocoa beans to obtain a refined 65% chocolate. Then, a plantation visit is organized, during which you will discover different places on the plantation and taste fresh cocoa fruits. At the end, visitors enter the fermentation building and the drying canopies, where a brief explanation of these processes is given to them. Back at the factory, a briefly refined and un-conched chocolate is unmolded, which makes it possible to explain the tempering process, during which each visitor makes their own bar. Duration: 2h30 COFFEE EXPERIENCE: MULETEERS AND COFFEE PICKERS We immerse ourselves in coffee culture through an authentic experience where we become, for a day, muleteers and coffee pickers, taking part in the harvest and discovering each stage, from bean to cup. We follow a coffee circuit, visit the La Recuquita plantation and soak up the local traditions, aromas and flavors. The experience ends with a cultural show and the traditional Yipao parade, which reflect the identity of this coffee-growing region.     Pereira Unusual

    A day dedicated to discovering the surroundings of Pereira, using means of transport as unusual as they are typical of the region. After your breakfast, we head to Puerto Pereira, then continue by Willys Jeep, crossing magnificent rural landscapes, while contemplating the diversity of the fauna and flora that the region can offer. Once we arrive at the “La Vereda” station, we discover our next means of transport: “la brujita”, a strange assembly of a platform placed on rails and pulled by the rear wheel of a motorcycle. We will follow the imposing Cauca River to watch coffee, cocoa and other tropical fruit plantations go by. We then cross the river using the “Garrucha”, a basket-zipline typical of the region, in order to reach the finca “La Playita”, where a pineapple tasting awaits us. We then take a short 20min walk to a beautiful waterfall. Backtracking, we once again take these unusual means of transport. After a well-deserved lunch, we return to the hotel in the afternoon.     Pijao is a charming municipality in Quindío, recognized by UNESCO as the first “Cittaslow” in Latin America, a movement that promotes a calm, sustainable lifestyle in harmony with nature. Its cobblestone streets, colorful houses, and peaceful atmosphere invite you to stroll. Surrounded by mountains and coffee plantations, Pijao offers an authentic coffee-culture experience, far from the crowds and with a human warmth that makes it unforgettable. After breakfast, departure by Willys from the hotel to the El Silencio cloud forest, a magical place that lets you discover the unspoiled beauty of this ecosystem. During the visit, you will be able to observe the Quindío wax palms, Colombia’s national tree, in their natural habitat, as well as the yellow-eared parrots, an endangered species that lives in the region and contributes to the regeneration of the palms. The trail crosses an oak forest more than 250 years old, creating an atmosphere of deep connection with nature.
