Mardi Himal Trek

Nepal, discover this 13-day trip

Trip Description

Off the beaten track, this trek lets us discover the different atmospheres of the Himalayas, ranging from villages and rice fields in the mid-mountains to dense rhododendron forests. The panorama from the viewpoint at 4150 m, near the Mardi Himal base camp, in the midst of the high peaks of the Annapurna range, is simply magical! From Kande, we begin our 9-day trek towards the Mardi Himal base camp. In Landruk, we leave the classic trail. We join, through dense rhododendron forests, the ridge that leads us to the foot of the high peaks of the Annapurna range. A gradual ascent from High Camp takes us to the viewpoint at 4150 m, located halfway to the Mardi Himal base camp at 4450 m. Here we are in the heart of the high Nepalese mountains! On the last part of the trek, we explore the mid-mountains of Nepal. We go from village to village and discover the rice fields and terraced crops. To facilitate encounters, we stay with locals, a unique experience that is a must! Here is a trek that allows you to discover the different landscapes of the Himalayas, with an unobstructed view throughout the trek of the mythical peaks of the Annapurna range.
