By going to the National Archaeological Museum, go through the Academy of Fine Arts, which is housed in the former convent of San Giovanni Battista delle Monache dating from the th Century. At the museum, visit the Greek and Roman sculpture of the Farnese collection. After ancient art, discover contemporary art in MADRE. The museum is located in Donna Regina's historic palace. Walk in the Centro antico: Admire the church of Santa Chiara and the cathedral and then explore Spaccanapoli, one of the most typical districts in the heart of Naples, with its narrow streets, churches, numerous cloisters and chapels. Afternoon Shopping and antique dealers: walk through Toledo and its many shops. Stop to see the Umberto I Gallery, then head towards the majestic Piazza del Plebiscito, where the great symbols of Naples follow: the basilica of San Francesco di Paolo, the palace Salerno, erected in the late th century, and naturally facing the arcade the royal palace. Continue towards Chiaia district and stroll through the chic and trendy streets of Via Chiaia and via dei Mille. Then finish by the gardens of Villa Comunale.

Take the Circumvesuviana to visit the Parc Park. This volcano, with intense seismic activity, caused the destruction of Pompeii and Herculaneum in 79. Despite its terrible past eruptions, it remains expensive in the eyes of all Neapolitan. An essential ascent to observe the crater, fumaroles and splendid panorama of the region. Then go to the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum. Visit the ancient city of Pompeii and Herculaneum, smaller but no less interesting, admire the exceptional quality of conservation of the thermal baths and various residences.

Visit the palace of Capodimonte, the museum and the collection on the history of Naples. Then direction the convent of San Martino, which is a former Baroque convent. On the terrace, with a relaxing atmosphere, enjoy the panorama of the city. If you have time, visit Caserta, located at the foot of Mount Tifata in the north of Naples. This small medieval village has grown from Savour origins. Its th century cathedral incorporates Arab-Sicilian elements. Go back to the sea in the chic Santa Lucia district and Borgo Marinaro, and admire the Castel dell'Ovo. Finally, along the seaside, you will find the magnificent panorama of the Gulf, through Caracciolo, which is one of the favorite promenades of the Neapolitan. Go to Mergellina and walk through the harbour. Next, direction Virgiliano park and the small island nearby, Nisida (ancient volcanic crater). Complete your stay in the Pausilippe district, where beautiful villas and gardens converge.
