Trip description

Nicknamed the island of gods, Bali has long been regarded as a land paradise, halfway between Southeast Asia and Oceania. Farniente, crafts, beaches and temples, all the pleasures and discoveries are accessible at all ages and for all budgets. 3 well filled weeks will allow total immersion in postcard landscapes.  

Day 1: Arrival, installation at hotel

Day 2: Surf courses in Kuta

Day 4: On the road to Ubud

Day 5: Paddy rice from Ubud and local artisans

Day 1 : Arrival, installation at hotel

Arrival at Denpasar and transfer to a hotel in Seminyak. Relax on the beach, seafood dinner on the beach.




Day 2 : Surf courses in Kuta

Surf courses in Kuta or À or massage on the beach. Shopping in Seminyak then excursion to the temple of Tanah Lot for sunset. Dinner in a chic restaurant and festive evening in one of the bars or discos of the Legian beach (or concert in a bar in Seminyak). 




Day 3 : Beach, temple and sunset



Morning at the beach, then visit the cultural park of the Bukit Peninsula followed by sunset on the Uluwatu temple.




Day 4 : On the road to Ubud

Road to Ubud through the craft villages. Legong or Kecak dance show and traditional dinner. 




Day 5 : Paddy rice from Ubud and local artisans

 In the morning, trek in the rice fields of Ubud or exit in rafting (to organize the day before). Afternoon: visit of the artisans'villages of the Ubud agglomeration through the sacred forest of Monkeys. Balinese dinner in one of the city's restaurants.




Day 6 : Visit of the surroundings of Ubud

Visit the sites around Ubud: Yeh Puluh in the south-east, then Pura Gunung Kawi and the mausoleums of Gunung Kawi and, finally, the sacred springs of Tirta Empul. Before sunset, return to Ubud via the village of Petulu where thousands of herons and egrets come to sleep every evening. Eventually, a performance of a different dance.




Day 7 : Gianyar Market and Aquatic Palace

 Departure to the east: passage to the Gianyar market and fish lunch on the authentic Lebih beach. In Klungkung, visit the aquatic palace and the market. Magnificent route from the rice fields to Sidemen. Night in Sidemen.




Day 8 : Panoramic road to Iseh

Beautiful road to Iseh to the north, then Amlapura to the east, by the land. Visit of the aquatic palace of Tirtagganga, night on the spot.




Day 9 : Trekking in paddy fields

Morning trekking in the rice fields and fields of the surroundings of Tirtagangga on the slopes of the volcano Agung. Route for Amed. Hotel choice, beach massage, dinner and good night's rest.




Day 10 : Snorkling or scuba diving

Snorkeling (mask and tuba) on Amed Beach or scuba diving (to be organized the day before) to the wreck of Tulamben. Relax.




Day 11 : The road of temples

Departure for northern Bali (Lovina). On the road, visit the temples of Pura Ponjok Batu, Pura Dalem de Jagaraga and Du Maduwe Karang. Fresh stop at the sources of Yeh Sanih. Night in Lovina.




Day 12 : Relaxation in Lovina

Relaxation in Lovina: beach, massage, good restaurant and music evening.




Day 13 : Observation of dolphins

In the morning, dolphin observation off Lovina (to reserve the day before). In the afternoon, visit the hot springs of Banjar and the only Buddhist monastery on the island.




Day 14 : Bali Barat National Park

Departure from Lovina early in the morning for an underwater excursion to Menjangan Island, Bali Barat National Park, snorkeling or diving. Visit of the Pura Pulaki temple. Afternoon relaxation, dinner and night in the village of Pemuteran.




Day 15 : Hike and Archeological Museum

Morning hike in the national park of 3 or 5 hours from Labuan Lalang (to be organized the day before). Arrival in Celik, visit the archeological museum of Gilimanuk and road for Medewi. Night to Medewi.




Day 16 : Surf or backcountry visit



Surf for lovers or explore the hinterland of Medewi. Night in Yeh Gangga.




Day 17 : Village of Ceramists



Visit of the village of Pejaten ceramists and then road to Tabanan. Stop at the subak museum then road to Wongayagede. Night on the spot.




Day 18 : Temple and panoramas

Visit of the temple Pura Luhur Batukau, road for Jatiluwih and will climb towards Mengwi. Visit of the garden temple Pura Taman Ayun. Night at Puri Taman Sari, Princely Hostel.




Day 19 : Museum and Temple at Denpasar

Visit of the museum and the Denpasar temple. Route for Sanur. Beach, massage or shopping.




Day 20 : Last Emotions

Sanur. Boating Activity in the Morning: parachute, windsurfing... Visit to the Mayeur museum. Then departure for the airport and return home.
